How we handle what you share with us

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to add: company, website, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that channel.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, deliver it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend, our email provider. The website is hosted on Vercel and its content is managed in Sanity. These services process data on our behalf to run the site.

Website analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools that show us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. These tools may set cookies and collect information like your browser, device and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email snehabansal@yexoria.com and we'll reply within 1 working day.
